For auditing reasons, you cannot delete a ProMaster user if they have transactions linked to an account. Instead, you would disable them.
A disabled user cannot login to ProMaster. The user cannot verify their transactions, but you can re-assign their authority to another user for transactions to be verified. If you do not re-assign their authority, their transactions will stay in ProMaster as `Waiting Accountholder' until you assign someone the authority to manage those transactions. You would only disable a user if they leave the company and no longer need to make and verify transactions, or if there is a dispute over their transactions. As their information remains within ProMaster, if required they can be easily re-activated.
