Allows a common single user name to be populated onto all dispute faxes. When this functionality is enabled, the user's name should be displayed above the card account number on the dispute fax.
To set the dispute fax owner:
1. Select the Admin tab then select the
Dispute Fax Owner option from the left-hand side of the page;
2. Enter the
Dispute Fax Owner's name;
3. Click on
Update Changes;
4. Select the Admin tab then select the
Configuration Settings option from the left-hand side of the page;
5. Select the Expense tab -> Dispute tab;
6. Activate the
Dispute Fax Account Holder flag;
7. Click on
Update Changes.
