Fast Track Verification (Optional)
This functionality is an alternative, yet simple, view of the Home page for Account Holders. The Fast Track Verification Home page will allow the verification of simple transactions that are single GL line non-breakdown expenses directly from the same screen and allows for multiple transactions of a similar nature to be verified in one operation.
To switch on Fast Track Verification:
1. Log in as an Enterprise Controller;
2. Select the Admin tab and go to
Configuration Settings;
3. Select the
Expense ->
General tab;
4. Activate the
Fast Track Home Page flag;
This will facilitate the Fast Track Verification Home page for all Account Holders.
To set the Fast Track Verification Home page as default:
1. Login as an Account Holder;
2. Select the Profiles tab;
3. In the Your Preferences section, select `
Fast Track' as the Default Home Page;
4. Click on Update Preferences.
