Replying to a Queried Expense

When a Supervisor queries an expense, it re-appears in your expenses list with the status of `Waiting Accountholder' with an attached query note. You will need to respond to the query note and verify the expense again.

There are two places within ProMaster where you can access queried expenses:

· The Home Page;
· The Expense Search page.
To reply to a queried expense:
1. Select the Expenses tab;
The Expense Search page appears.
2. Activate the `Waiting Accountholder' status filter;
3. Click Search;
4. From the resulting list of expenses, click the Edit Expense Details icon associated with the queried expense;
5. From the Edit Expense page, reply to the Query Note by making the necessary adjustments;
6. Click on the Add Note to Expense icon and describe the changes you made in the Add Expense Note page;
7. Click Submit to re-submit the expense.
