E-mail Maintenance

E-mail Maintenance allows you to manage the e-mails generated via the ProMaster application.

The sources of these e-mail are:

· Message Generation via the Send Messages activity;

· Summary e-mail for Enterprise Controllers generated when an activity has finished processing;

· Message Generation via Workflow and Business rules;

· Send Message activity.

After generation, these e-mails get stored within the ProMaster database with the status set to `Not Sent'.

If the Auto-Emailer is installed, the Auto-Emailer releases them to your E-mail system (e.g. SMTP, Exchange, etc.) for the intended recipients.

If the Auto-Emailer is not installed, ProMaster will pick them up at the end of an activity run and release them to your E-mail system.
