ProMaster can be configured to automatically e-mail the Enterprise Controller the results of any activity processed.
To inform an Enterprise Controller of an activity, you need to ensure that a valid e-mail address is recorded in their user profile. Once ProMaster completes processing the activity, it will e-mail a copy of the activity log to the e-mail address of the nominated Enterprise Controller via the configured SMTP mail server.
4. Assign the activities that the nominated ProMaster user should receive e-mail notifications for by highlighting them and using the directional arrow buttons;
· Only Enterprise Controller e-mail addresses are listed and thus, can receive e-mail notifications about processed activities.
· A warning is displayed in the activity log that the license has expired. It will also display a warning that the license is about to expire when the license has 28 days or less before it runs out. This will also be included in the messages which are sent out after an activity is run.
There is only one way to remove an Enterprise Controller from the list, and that is to remove the Enterprise Controller group from the user's security setting (see Assigning Security Access Rights)
